1. Regular Lemon Tea

Ingredients:

  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tea (powdered)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Add the water to a pan and boil it.
  • Now add the tea powder and let the water simmer for a minute.
  • Take the pan off the heat and add the lemon juice and sugar.
  • Mix well until the sugar and lemon juice dissolve completely.
  • Strain the tea into a bowl.
  • Serve hot.

2. Lemon Grass and Ginger Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • Fresh Lemon Grass – 1 stalk
  • Fresh Ginger – 7 slices
  • Green Tea – 5 bags
  • Sugar – ½ cup

Directions

  • Rinse the lemon grass thoroughly, cut into 2-inch lengths and crush it with a large knife.
  • Bring 2 cups of water, ginger, lemongrass and sugar to boil in a saucepan.
  • Take off the pan from heat, add green tea bags and steep the tea for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags if you think the flavor is strong and let the tea cool for about 30 minutes.
  • Pour the tea into a pitcher through a fine strainer.
  • Cover the tea and keep it chilled until cold for at least 2 hours and divide the tea into four different ice-filled glasses.

3. Mint Green Tea

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Green tea bags – 2
  • Honey – 1 tsp

Directions

  • Add the washed and chopped mint leaves in a tall glass, add the tea bags and pour boiling water over the top.
  • Keep the glass in a fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Remove the tea bags using a spoon, add the honey and mix well.
  • Add some crushed ice from the top and serve with a straw.

4. Peach

  • Take a large fresh peach and consume it.

This fruit is a fat-free and low calorie fruit that helps to reduce weight of your body
Regularize this process of taking peaches everyday to get rid of the weight problem.
Or you can substitute carbohydrates rich fruits or vegetables with the peach fruit that helps in reducing the weight.

It’s better to choose fresh peaches, unsweetened frozen peaches or peaches canned in their own juice rather than sweetened frozen peaches or peaches canned in heavy syrups.

You can try any of these combinations with the peach to reduce your body weight.

  • Peaches with fat free cottage cheese or a whole grain waffle
  • Green salad with peaches, chicken and walnuts
  • Have a large peach that grab a low fat cheese stick.

5. Brown Rice

Directions

  • Take a cup of brown rice and eat this as your meal
  • It has healthy carbohydrates that helps to boost the metabolism and burns fat.
  • Repeat the process of eating brown rice daily to relieve from the overweight.
